How fast is it?
Small cleanup jobs can be done in as little as 24 hours when our schedule allows. Standard delivery is 2 to 4 days for data jobs and 3 to 10 days for AI setup, depending on the tier. Your quote states the delivery date before any work starts.
What do you need from me to quote?
A sample of your file, or a description of your setup. A few rows are enough to see the problem. You get a fixed price and a delivery date before any work starts.
What happens to my files?
We use your files only for your job, and we delete them within 30 days of your approval of the delivery. If you send a sample and do not go ahead, we delete it within 30 days of our quote. We work on copies and deliver new files, so your originals are never changed.
Is there anything I should not send?
Yes. We do not take files with government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, health records or passwords. If your file has any of these, take them out first. Bank details that are part of your documents, such as statements and invoices, are fine. So are card numbers that show only the last four digits. We keep them confidential, like the rest of your data.
What if something is wrong with the delivery?
If we made a mistake, or the delivery does not match what we agreed, we fix it at no charge. If you ask for something new, we give you a fixed price for it first, and we start only when you agree.
Who do you work with?
Businesses of any size, including one-person businesses and the self-employed. We do not take on work for personal use.
