Files that do not match each other
Monthly exports often have different columns, dates written in three different ways, amounts stored as text, and item codes that have lost their leading zeros. We merge the files into one layout and check that the totals match each original file, to the cent.
In our merge sample, three sales exports became one file of 4,489 order lines. All nine control totals matched: the quantity, the line total and the tax for each of the three files. We also caught and listed 50 lines that appeared in two files.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added where it applies in your region, and your quote shows it. Your quote states the delivery date. Small jobs can be done in as little as 24 hours when our schedule allows.
Dashboards and self-updating reports
Once the data is clean, we can build a dashboard or a report in Excel or Google Sheets that updates itself when new data arrives. These cost US$400 to US$1,500, and we quote the exact price once we know what you need.

Questions about cleanup
What happens when my data is unclear?
We do not guess. When something in your data could mean two different things, we keep what your file says and send you a short list of questions. The price includes one round of your answers: you answer our questions once, and we update the files at no extra charge.
Which files do you take?
For cleanup and merging, we take Excel and CSV files. If you work in Google Sheets, export the sheet to Excel or CSV first. For PDF to Excel, we take PDFs that contain tables, such as invoices, statements and reports.
How fast is it?
Small cleanup jobs can be done in as little as 24 hours when our schedule allows. Standard delivery is 2 to 4 days for data jobs and 3 to 10 days for AI setup, depending on the tier. Your quote states the delivery date before any work starts.
Is there anything I should not send?
Yes. We do not take files with government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, health records or passwords. If your file has any of these, take them out first. Bank details that are part of your documents, such as statements and invoices, are fine. So are card numbers that show only the last four digits. We keep them confidential, like the rest of your data.
What if something is wrong with the delivery?
If we made a mistake, or the delivery does not match what we agreed, we fix it at no charge. If you ask for something new, we give you a fixed price for it first, and we start only when you agree.
My job is bigger than the top tier. Can you still do it?
Often, yes. For a job bigger than the top tier, we quote a price based on the work involved. Send us the details. We will reply with a fixed price, or tell you plainly if the job is not a fit for us.
