Fixed prices, agreed before any work starts
We do not charge by the hour. You send a sample, we reply with one price and a delivery date, and that price is fixed.

Every delivery comes with a list of what we changed, with a count for each kind of change.
One round of your answers
When something in your data could mean two different things, we ask you. You answer our questions once, within the 5 business days you have to review the delivery, and we update the files at no extra charge.
Fixes at no charge
If we made a mistake, or the delivery does not match what we agreed, we fix it at no charge.
No surprises
If you ask for something new, we give you a fixed price for it first, and we start only when you agree.

Support after setup is US$400 a month. For a bigger rollout, we quote each team separately, based on the work involved.
Dashboards and reports
We build self-updating reports in Excel or Google Sheets, on top of clean data. They cost US$400 to US$1,500, and we quote the exact price once we know what you need.
The small print, in plain words
Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added where it applies in your region, and your quote shows it. Canadian clients can ask for their quote in Canadian dollars. Your quote states the delivery date. Small data jobs can be done in as little as 24 hours when our schedule allows. For a job bigger than the top tier, we quote a price based on the work involved.

Which currency are the prices in?
US dollars. Your quote shows the full price, with any tax that applies in your region, before any work starts.
What if something is wrong with the delivery?
If we made a mistake, or the delivery does not match what we agreed, we fix it at no charge. If you ask for something new, we give you a fixed price for it first, and we start only when you agree.
What happens when my data is unclear?
We do not guess. When something in your data could mean two different things, we keep what your file says and send you a short list of questions. The price includes one round of your answers: you answer our questions once, and we update the files at no extra charge.
How fast is it?
Small cleanup jobs can be done in as little as 24 hours when our schedule allows. Standard delivery is 2 to 4 days for data jobs and 3 to 10 days for AI setup, depending on the tier. Your quote states the delivery date before any work starts.
My job is bigger than the top tier. Can you still do it?
Often, yes. For a job bigger than the top tier, we quote a price based on the work involved. Send us the details. We will reply with a fixed price, or tell you plainly if the job is not a fit for us.
