What a team setup includes
A setup covers one team of up to 10 people, and it is up and running within a week. A good setup is more than a clever prompt: each assistant gets the background, the tools and the rules its task needs, and nothing more.
Shared workspaces and one business memory
One place for your prices, rules and facts that every assistant reads before it starts, so nobody re-explains the business and no assistant quotes an old price.
Two to three custom assistants
Each one is built for a task you repeat: the weekly report, the quote, the reply you write twenty times a month, a one-page summary of each new contract, or answers drawn from your own procedures and past proposals.
Your tools connected
The assistant works with the tools your team already uses, and it gets only the access each task needs.
One automation
This can also be one internal tool. Either way, it is aimed at the task that takes up most of your team's time.
A 60-minute training call
The call is hands-on, with your own work on the screen.
A written playbook
It explains what was set up, how to use it and how to change it. The job is done when your team can run the setup without us.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added where it applies in your region, and your quote shows it. Support after setup is US$400 a month. For bigger teams and company-wide rollouts, we quote each team separately, based on the work involved.
Safeguards come with every setup
- You sign in yourself. We never need your passwords.
- Each connection gets only the access it needs.
- Where possible, anything that can change, move or delete data is tested on samples or copies first.
- You approve each of these before it runs on your real data.
- By default, an assistant asks for a person's OK before it sends, deletes or pays for anything.
- Before an assistant can change your files, we check with you that your backup can restore them.

We set up Claude, ChatGPT or the assistant your team already uses. If it is one we have not set up before, we test your work on it first and tell you plainly if it is not a fit.

How fast is it?
Small cleanup jobs can be done in as little as 24 hours when our schedule allows. Standard delivery is 2 to 4 days for data jobs and 3 to 10 days for AI setup, depending on the tier. Your quote states the delivery date before any work starts.
My job is bigger than the top tier. Can you still do it?
Often, yes. For a job bigger than the top tier, we quote a price based on the work involved. Send us the details. We will reply with a fixed price, or tell you plainly if the job is not a fit for us.
